Icarus Ascending is an endless vertical ascent game for iPhone. Climb as high as you can, manage the heat, and spend the light you collect at Olympus. If something isn't working or you have a question, get in touch and I'll help.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. If the game crashed, the altitude you were at is useful too.
The game has no sound. Audio follows your phone's ring/silent switch. If the switch is set to silent, the game stays silent. Flip it to ring and check the volume with the game open.
My upgrades are gone. Progress is saved locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears it, and there's no cloud backup to restore from.
The narration didn't play, or stopped partway. The story of Icarus plays once, during a climb. If you fall before it finishes, it picks up from where it left off on your next ascent. Once you've heard it through, it doesn't repeat.
The game runs slowly. Closing other apps usually helps. Restarting the phone clears it up in most cases.
The app collects no data of any kind. See the privacy policy for details.
